Despite their extensive technical expertise, they were looking for a partner for a longer-term collaboration who could not only help them get started, but also deliver concrete results. The selection and evaluation of use cases was a challenge in which they needed support. There was also a clear need for knowledge transfer and training in the field of AI.

Within just five days, Kineo carried out a Data Lighthouse phase in which two developers provided individual support to various departments at congatec, regardless of their level of knowledge. The workshops held on site were precisely tailored to the needs of the employees. The focus was on knowledge transfer to enable congatec to identify internal challenges and potential AI use cases and, with Kineo's support, evaluate their feasibility, business value and cost. This approach enabled 73 potential use cases to be collected. With Kineo's help, 12 relevant cases were identified where AI can provide real business value.
